The SWOA regional newsletter is called SINS, and is published six times a year. The name is an abbreviation for Southern Independent News Sheet. In the early days of orienteering this title distinguished it from the national magazine. An electronic copy is available on this page, but all members receive a paper copy if they want to. The views expressed in SINS are not necessarily those of the editor, or the official view of SWOA.
